3 / 5 ⭐️stars due to poor customer service Curlys has become one of our favorite spots for an ice cream (custard) treat or a chili dog. The past two times we have come (in as many weeks) we have received subpar service…..tonight it was actually rude. My husband walked to the window to pick up our order and was greeted with ‘What do you want/why are you here’ . He is too nice to say anything and just explained he was there to pick up our chili dogs (we placed the order online). While eating our dessert, my spoon broke, so I walked up to the window to get a new spoon and the young woman who slid the door open hurriedly and asked me ‘what do you need ma’am”. I was truly shocked at her tone and the choice of words. After a few seconds I revived and told her ‘that was an interesting to ask if you can help a customer’. She gave me the spoon and screamed out the name for the next person. I asked what her name was before we left and found out her name was Michelle. Not sure of the woman‘s name who spoke to my husband rudely.

Nathan Chicago Hot Dog with "hots" was Delicious!! 🌭😋 The Custard was creamy smooth + yummy! 🍨 I love that it's Gluten + Trans fat Free! 👍👍 The seating area is festively fun. 🎉 And the girls working the stand were friendly + helped me decide from all the great choices! Thanks for a great lunch break! 5⭐️

Curly’s Frozen Custard offers a cozy atmosphere, tucked into a neighborhood where families casually stroll in for a sweet treat. The menu is packed with options almost overwhelmingly so but that just means there’s something for everyone. My son and I took on the challenge of choosing, and while he enjoyed his lemon custard with gummy bears, my pick didn’t quite hit the mark. I’ll definitely be back to redeem myself with a better selection! Overall, it's a great spot with plenty of variety and a welcoming vibe.

This place is so cute!! I got vanilla with strawberries & cheesecake bites! YUM! my daughter got vanilla with brownie & caramel & my wife got strawberry shortcake! We were all super happy with what we got! They have nice picnic tables & benches to sit on, as well as turf & a cute little fountain! The menu has a nice variety of toppings to choose from! Overall I'm pleased! Staff was super friendly as well, & welcomed us with a smile! I will definitely be returning!! 😊 10/10
